arrr, you guys probably dont remember Syrus, from my comic idea "DemonKing", but hes my little demon baby XD;;

i decided to redesign his armor again...sorry XD;;


his armor has a lot of influences that go into it that it's just so convoluted i have to explain it all 8D;;
there's the obvious skeleton motif (its an obvious obsession...i know....lol)
then there's a bit of Chinese influence with the shoulders and how they stack and layer, but its really hard to see
the hip guard and sash/coattail...thing...is also Chinese influence
Then there's the giant face in the middle of his body (which, was ~Tricheus's idea, i love ya bro XB): the eyes are obvious, but the end of the rib cage represents the face's top set of teeth, with the pelvis being the lower jaw; the abs and flap of armor represents the tongue
my brother also helped me design the mask...i like it lots 8D

Syrus's element is Dark Earth (mainly jagged rocks and skeletal matter), and the blue flames are a play on "Ghost Flame" which originated from the blue-ish/green tint that emanates from old bones in the moonlight (Chinese/general Asian lore-ish thing, though its actually caused by phosphorous found in the bones)
